This website is designed for easy reading, not flashy graphics and advertising. It is designed to facilitate reader book browsing, to enhance the reader's ability to go from one book review to another until they find something suitable to their tastes. The font and background color are set to the default, so that the reader can choose these in their browser settings. I prefer to read black on white type, and have set my site up based around this format.

The primary focus of this website is the written content. The review format I have designed is set up to pack in the most information with the least trouble for me to update. It is my hope that readers are not coming here for a rich graphic experience, but rather for a rich reading experience, with lots of information on books and some easily used but imaginatively conceived links. The aim goes back to the aim for the site which is to enable readers to find books that they might enjoy, or avoid those that they would not.
